Affirmations and Intentions help do what ... exactly. Why does everyone use an affirmation and/or intention? Just because "it works"?? In this video, the way I see/feel/hear/use affirmations are to clear out the chakras, mores specifically the lower three chakras, in order to "reset" or "reprogram" the mind. The mind is the powerhouse reading the cellular memory from this lifetime and previous lifetimes.
