1. A balanced diet is the key to a healthy and energized lifestyle. Find out what a healthy weight is for you according to age and length, make sure to stay in that range. Consult your doctor, dietitian or nutrition counselor to teach you what foods that's good for you and what you should avoid for a healthy diet. If you have to lose weight, have the high calorie- and fat rich foods avoided from your meals. Choose high fiber foods low in fat as fruit, vegetables, chicken, salmon, brown rice and whole grain foods instead of red meat, sugar and fat.
2. Drink enough water. It cleanses the body from impurities, makes it easier to burn fat and helps control hunger. Hydration is necessary for your body and brain to function correctly. Drink at least eight glasses of water each day, and even more if you work out. Carry water with you wherever you go throughout he day. It is also recommended for lactating women to increase water intake to maintain body fluid balance.
3. Take your vitamins and supplements to support normally development of your body. Low levels of certain vitamins, may lead to deficiency disease. Vitamin E strengthens your immune system. In addition, said vitamin E be great if you want to avoid wrinkles. Omega-3, omega-6, zinc and vitamin A are also good for healthy skin. Do not forget your calcium supplements. An adequate calcium intake is good for women of all ages. This has been proven to prevent having cramps and Pre-menstrual(PMS) symptoms. It also prevents osteoporosis especially for women in menopause. Women who undergo menopausal period should take Vitamin E-400 because it suppresses hot flashes and night sweats.
4. Quit smoking! Smoking harms almost every organ of the body. It is responsible for nearly all lung cancer deaths, heart and vessel diseases and stroke. Recent studies have shown that smokers are more likely to become ill than non-smokers. Women who smoke are also at high risk of developing breast cancer. Also make sure to limit your alcohol intake. Pregnant women should definitely avoid smoking, as this will affect the child's health.
5. Be active. Make sure exercise is part of your daily routine. Take a walk after work, use the stairs instead of elevator or play with your kids at home. Exercising at home is a good alternative especially when you do not have time to go to the gym and want keep fit or lose weight. Yoga and Pilates are just a few of the many effective exercises you easily can do at home. Regular exercise reduces risk of cardiovascular disease.
6. Avoid stress. Many women are way too stressed out. It is known that many diseases are caused by too much stress. Take some time to relax as often as you can. Read a good book, socializing with friends and participate in any sport or pamper yourself by going to parlors. Make sure to get enough sleep, 7-8 hours per night for maximum energy, optimal health and effective weight loss.
7. Protect your skin from harmful sun rays. Wear sunscreen and/or a hat when under the sun to protect your skin. Too much sun is bad for your skin. The skin is prone to develop cancer when exposed to too much sunlight, skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States. Too much direct sunlight also increases the skin cell aging, which in turn leads to wrinkles.

Food is essential for life. Food contains nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and vitamins which are essential for a good health. Food also has important minerals such as iron, magnesium and many others without which the body will not grow or develop. It is important for people to have information about healthy food. There are many businesses that sell food that is not healthy. These foods have many side effects to the body. Some of the unhealthy foods can lead to diseases like those of the heart.
Human skin is a living tissue. It requires essential minerals found in healthy snacks. Healthy snacks are those foods that cannot be taken as main meals but have essential nutrients that can affect our bodies including the skin. There are fruit snacks available in many outlets. Fruits have minerals that the skin requires in order to carry out its activities such as excretion and temperature regulation. For one to have a healthy skin, he/she must consume healthy snacks. Food must be cooked well. Healthy cooking involves heating foods until they are ready for consumption. There are many people who dont know how to cook properly. If someone doesnt know how to cook well, they can be guided by recipes.
Everyone knows about good food and junk food. Good food has many positive effects to a persons body and health. Good food can be easily digested and produce energy for the body. Examples of good foods are whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These foods can affect a persons skin condition. Healthy skin means healthy food.

Fast foods are not recommended for consumption because of the negative impacts on a persons health. Obesity can be avoided once people begin to have a healthy diet. People with dry skins are normally not attractive.
